Orders & Payments
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of confirmation, subject to stock availability.
Delivery times may vary by location within South Africa.
Helix Labs is not liable for courier delays or customs-related issues outside our control.
Note: Certain products may face import restrictions depending on local regulations — it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm legality before ordering.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, Helix Labs does not accept returns once a product has been shipped, unless:

  • The item was damaged in transit; or

  • The incorrect product was sent.

In such cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
If approved, refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Helix Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, or consequential damages;

  • Injury, loss, or damages resulting from misuse or unlawful use of products;

  • Any claims exceeding the value of the original purchase.
